To support sustainable business practices, the Recreator is no longer being mailed. You can view the digital version online or pick up a print copy at a Fort Collins recreation center. Please contact us at 970-221-6655 if you need assistance signing up for programs.

• Thursday, August 7 at 7 a.m. – Youth & Family Programs
• Tuesday, October 28 at 7 a.m. – Winter Pottery Programs

Online registration is highly recommended for the fastest service on registration days.

1. Online

You will need a Household Account to sign in and register for programs on WebTrac. Need assistance? Please contact the Recreation Department at 970-221-6655 ahead of the registration days. Don't have an account? Sign up now.

2. In-person

Visit one of the recreation facilities listed below to enroll in person on registration days.

• Foothills Activity Center: 6 a.m.-8 p.m.
• Fort Collins Senior Center: 6 a.m.-9 p.m.
• Northside Aztlan Community Center: 6 a.m.-9 p.m.

3. By Phone

Call 970-221-6655. Due to limited staff availability, phone calls may not be answered on registration day. Voicemails will be returned within 24 hours.

Check out the following tips to help make registration as easy as 1, 2, 3!

• Create or review your WebTrac account before registration days
  Are you already a WebTrac user? Log in to your household account before registration and review your household information. Pro Tip: Ensure birth dates are listed accurately for all members of your household. Need help adding household members? Call 970-221-6655 for assistance.
• Make a program Wishlist
  Add programs to your Wishlist for easy selection when registration opens. View your Wishlist in the top right corner of WebTrac under "My Account." 
• Don't lose your place in line
  Due to the high volume of traffic online during registration, you may experience delays or long wait times online. If you are experiencing a long processing time, do not refresh your browser or use the back button until the transaction goes through. This will ensure you don’t lose your place in line and won't have to restart the registration process.
• Find a program using the activity number
  Do you know the activity number of the program(s) you are interested in? Type the activity number into the activity search bar at the top of the WebTrac homepage.
• Search for programs using keywords
  When using the Activity Search function, type in the Keyword Search box in the sidebar to look up programs using search terms like "clay" to find pottery-related programs or "cooking" for culinary classes. To further narrow down your search, use the Subtype filter to only see programs geared toward a specific demographic.
• Have your credit card payment information ready to enter
  Don't leave programs hanging in your cart! Check out with ease by having your credit card handy and ready to go.
