Winter Bike to Work Day 2026 rolls in on Friday, Feb.13, inviting Fort Collins to celebrate winter riding and try an active way of getting around. Stations will be open during both commute windows, with morning stations from 7-9:30 a.m. and afternoon stations from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
This year is a big one. With 52 total stations across the morning and afternoon, it’s the largest Winter Bike to Work Day Fort Collins has ever hosted. Use the online station map to explore station locations, plan a comfortable route, and see what’s along the way. A print-friendly map is also available, and the online map reflects the most up-to-date station information.
The forecast is shaping up to be warmer than in past years, making it a great day to give winter riding a try. Still, shorter days mean it’s smart to bundle up and bring your bike lights, especially for early commuters. Whether you ride year-round or are just testing out a winter commute, Winter Bike to Work Day is about lowering barriers, building confidence and experiencing how active transportation can work even in the colder months.
