The applicant can get initial staff feedback on their idea before investing in a formal application. They take place before a neighborhood meeting or an application for Development Review.
There are three (3) conceptual design reviews this week on THURSDAY
Multi-Unit at 830-834 E Myrtle St, CDR260009 - 9:15 a.m.
This is a request to construct a multi-unit development at 830-834 E Myrtle St. The applicant is proposing an 8 unit multi-unit. Access can be taken from E Myrtle St. The property is approximately 0.05 mi south of E Mulberry St and approximately 0.05 mi west of Riverside Ave. The site is located in the Old Town District, Medium (OT-B) zone district and the project is subject to a Planning and Zoning Commission (Type 2) Review.
Minor Subdivision at 1505 W Mountain Ave, CDR260010 - 10:15 a.m.
This is a proposal to adjust the property line at 1505 Mountain Ave. The applicant is intending to move the boundary line around a structural encroachment. Access can be taken from Mountain Ave. The site is directly south of W Mountain Ave and approximately 0.43 mi west of S Shields St. The property is located in the Old Town District, Low (OT-A) zone district and the project is subject to a Basic Development Review (BDR).
ADU at 712 Dartmouth Trl, CDR260011 - 11:15 a.m.
This is a request to develop an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at 712 Dartmouth Trl. The applicant is proposing a detached ADU in the rear lot. Access can be taken from Dartmouth Trl. The site is approximately 0.05 mi east of Stover St and approximately 0.20 mi south of E Stuart St. The property is located in the Low Density Residential District (RL) zone district and the project is subject to a Basic Development Review (BDR).
