As you may have heard, FC Lean is changing!
FC Lean support and programming will now be provided through the City’s new Transformation Management Office (TMO). As such, this will be the last issue of the FC Lean newsletter.
What does TMO do?
TMO partners with people to evolve ideas and systems to create meaningful, lasting change. Along with process improvement, TMO supports:
- Change management
- Strategy and program development
- Project management
- Innovation
- Program evaluation
Many of the resources FC Lean has offered in the past will continue to be provided by TMO staff, alongside other tools and frameworks to help support project success.
