Spring Into Water-Wise Gardening with Garden in a Box

Get your yard in shape: Professionally designed Garden in a Box kits go on sale March 11!

Construction Impacts This Month

Here's what's new on roads and trails in Fort Collins this month:

Continued impacts:

  • Trilby remains closed at College while crews complete construction of the new College and Trilby Intersection (completion estimate: End of May) 
  • Mountain continues to have full closures between Washington and Jackson while crews complete the Oak Street Stormwater Improvements Project.
  • Mountain Vista remains closed between Timberline and Giddings while crews replace a failing culvert beneath the roadway.
  • Fossil Creek Trail remains closed between Trilby and Carpenter while crews rehabilitate Stanton Creek.
  • Lane shifts continue on Harmony between McMurry and Timberline while crews work on the Power Trail Underpass project beneath Harmony.

Youth Golf Scholarship Applications Now Open

Looking at getting your youngsters into golf? The Youth Golf Scholarship Fund is designed to increase access and participation in the game of golf among junior players.

This year's applications are open now! All junior golfers are encouraged to apply. Applications must be submitted by March 31 and will be awarded in April.

Don't miss these education opportunities in March:

Conservation That Pays highlights simple strategies to use less energy and water at home. The session will include a brief overview of utility programs and rebates, all with bill savings in mind.

Pedals and Panels will take participants on a bike ride through Old Town to learn more about how producing sustainable energy and preserving important historic places can work in tandem.
