New route changes begin Monday, Aug. 17, with more frequent service on key routes, a simplified route network and updated Dial-A-Ride paratransit service. The changes are designed to improve reliability, strengthen connections across the city and make the system easier to use.
Routing Changes
- Routes 2, 3, 8 and 81 will have significant changes to their routing.
- Routes 7, 16 and the Foothills Shuttle will have minor changes to their routing.
- Routes 10, 11, 12, 32 and 92 will be eliminated.
- Bus Stop to Bus Stop service will no longer be available.
All routes - including MAX, FLEX, HORN, GOLD and the Foothills Shuttle - will remain fare-free.
Changes to Dial-A-Ride Service
- Sunday service will end.
- Dial-A-Taxi vouchers will decrease to $15 in value, and the Dial-A-Taxi service area will expand.
- Existing clients who fall outside the new Dial-A-Ride service area will retain their eligibility for door-to-door service.
