The applicant can get initial staff feedback on their idea before investing in a formal application. They take place before a neighborhood meeting or an application for Development Review.
There are three (3) conceptual design reviews this week on THURSDAY
ADU at 817 E Elizabeth, CDR260020 - 9:15 a.m.
This is a request to develop an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at 817 E Elizabeth St. The is proposing a detached ADU in the rear lot of the property. Access can be taken from E Elizabeth St. The property is approximately 0.22 mi west of S Lemay Ave and directly south of E Elizabeth St. The site is located in the Old Town District, Low (OT-A) zone district and the project is subject to a Basic Development Review (BDR).
ADU at 2242 Ouray Ct, CDR260021 - 10:15 a.m.
This is a request to develop a basement Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at 2242 Ouray Ct. The applicant is proposing an ADU in the basement of the primary structure. Access can be taken from Ouray Ct. The property is approximately 0.23 mi west of S Lemay Ave and approximately 0.34 mi north of E Drake Rd. The site is located in the Low Density Residential District (R-L) zone district and the project is subject to a Basic Development Review (BDR).
Multi-Unit at 506 S Howes St, CDR260022 - 11:15 a.m.
This is a request to develop a multi-unit dwelling in the rear yard at 506 S Howes St. The applicant is proposing a high-density residential infill project. They are exploring off-street parking options, specifically the feasibility of locating parking in the front setback and adding a new curb-cut. Access can be taken from S Howes St and the alley. The site is approximately 0.02 mi south of W Mulberry St and approximately 0.12 mi west of S College Ave. The property is located in the Downtown District and Canyon Avenue Subdistrict (D-CN) zone district and the project is subject to a Administrative (Type 1) Review.
