The applicant can get initial staff feedback on their idea before investing in a formal application. They take place before a neighborhood meeting or an application for Development Review.

The applicant is proposing a 45-unit, 55+ senior affordable housing development on the surface parking lot located at the corner of W Elizabeth St and Skyline Dr. Access can be taken from W Elizabeth St. The property is directly south of W Elizabeth St and approximately 0.26 mi east of S Taft Hill Rd. The site is located in the Low Density Residential District (R-L) and the project is subject to a Basic Development Review (BDR).
ADU at 214 Clover Street, CDR260058 - 11:15 a.m.
This is a request to develop an ADU in the basement at 214 Clover Ln (parcel # 9710103039). The applicant is proposing a basement ADU with no exterior changes. Access can be taken from Clover Ln. The site is approximately 0.45 mi west of N Shields St and approximately 0.05 mi north of Laporte Ave. The property is located in the Old Town District, Low (OT-A) and the project is subject to a Basic Development Review (BDR).
